Project Description:

Our team is integrated with BOREALIS Technical Development and Engineering department. We are involved from projects definition to execution and project closeouts. Procurement activities remain under BOREALIS responsibility.

Project scope of work:

Concept: Provide BOREALIS with a ±40% cost estimate and Level 1 schedule.

Feasibility: The target is to provide BOREALIS with a ±20% cost estimate and Level 2 schedule

Detailed design: All disciplines prior the construction phase and Level 3 Schedule.

Construction Management: Works preparation and supervision, Vendors and Contractors follow up and expediting, supplementary works Analysis/challenge, closeout.

Project Management servicesare provided during all phases.
