Project Description:

PERENCO intends to reduce gas flaring in Gabon and to develop new and existing gas fields with the objective of increasing the Gabonese gas production by 105 million standard cubic feet per day and to liquefy such gas.

The liquefaction will be performed at Cap Lopez Terminal, Port Gentil.

SOFREGAZ has been awarded for FEED phase of GANGA and BATANGA Compression Stations Project.

We are covering 3D model, Piping design and drafting for FEED phase of GANGA and BATANGA Compression Stations.

Project scope of work:

  • 3D model development for both sites.
  • 3D models review sessions ( at 30% and 60% stages).
  • General plot plan for both sites.
  • Material Selection and Corrosion Protection Philosophy.
  • Piping design ( from 2” up to 18” lines. For both process and utility lines).
  • MTO for Piping and Fitting.
  • Manual Valve List.
  • Piping Stress Analysis.
  • Piping Support List.
  • CADDING activities for HSE, Electricity & Instrumentation:

   Hazardous Area Classification Layout, Fire and Gas Layout, Fire Zone Layout, Firefighting and safety equipment Layout and Escape route Layout.

   - Preliminary Instrument Cable Routing and CCTV Location Layout.

   - Overall Electrical Main Cable Routing Layouts.

Software used:

  • AutoCAD Plant 3D.
  • AutoCAD 2D.
  • CAESAR II.
