Project Description:

As part of a new fermentation plant project, PONTICELLI FRERES awarded us the detailed design services for the piping activities on behalf of LESAFFRE. The project covers both the MTC2 and MTC3 zones.

• Project Owner : GNOSIS by LESAFFRE.
• EPC: TECHNIP ENERGIES (TEN).
• Engineering: PONTICELLI FRERES.
• Project location: Denain, France.

Project scope of work:

• Spooling activities for MTC2 & MTC3 isometrics (1110 isometrics).
• Preparation of fabrication works by integrating spooling details within the PONTICELLI FRERES -customized software PERFII.
• Preparation of MTOs (±30% and final MTO) for MTC 3.

Software used:

• AVEVA E3D.
• Autodesk Construction Cloud ACC.
• AutoCAD 2D.
