Project Description:

As part of the GN47 project to implement a fermentation process for pharmaceutical production, LESAFFRE plans to build a chondroitin production unit in Denain.

The project EPC contractor is TEN, while PONTICELLI and EGI hold the MTC3 lot for the support studies (200 lines – 5 km of pipeline).

EGI has subcontracted part of the support studies to us 50 lines.

Project scope of work:

TEN provides IFE isometrics, corresponding to detailed studies of unsupported piping.

We study consists of carrying out pipe support studies based on EGI supports standard, approved by TEN.

Primary supports (position predefined by TEN):

• Validation of positions.
• Verification of the line's support validity (add supports if necessary).
• Definition of the support function.
• Numbering and referencing on the support list.
• Completion of the support list.

SSecondary supports:

• 3D definition of the geometry.
• Verification of absence of clashes.
• Numbering and referencing on the support list.
• Completion of the support list.
• Creation of 2D support drawings. 

As-built à produire :

• 3D model.
• Secondary support drawings.
